Refund policy

Return processing:

Wire Maven does not offer partial or full refunds on any orders, however we will gladly exchange your product for something similar in price. Please note, exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase or receiving date of online order. Wire Maven will gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided that:

• Items are returned within 30 days of date of purchase or order delivery.
• Items are returned with the original sales receipt, unused and undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
• A valid reason to return/exchange is provided.

Please note, customers are liable for the postage/shipping fees of the return shipment as well as the replacement shipment fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No exchange will be accepted on sale or promotional products. Please email info@wiremaven.co.za with email subject line: EXCHANGE + ( your order number ).
